Pixenate version 1.3.3 has left the building

Phew! We just released Pixenate version 1.3.3 to customers. It’s been 2 and half months since our last release but it feels longer. This is a minor release – mostly bug fixes and performance improvements. It’s been a tough release because we’ve been busy working on a new product (still in development). I can’t say much about the new product except that it is complementary to Pixenate and will let people be creative with their photos in a whole new way. We’re really excited about what’s brewing in Sxoop Laboratories but we’re not quite ready to announce anything formally yet. There’s still a lot of work to be done. I’m personally very happy about the new product because it’s helping us carve out our little niche in web-based photo software. We came up with the Imaging Software for the Web by-line almost two years ago and our next product will really prove that.
If you’re a Pixenate premium customer still under a support and updates contract, you’ll already have received details about the new Pixenate update. If your support and updates contract has elapsed you’ll have received a reminder about just why you should renew. We might be working on a new product but make no mistake, we’re committed to supporting and developing Pixenate for the foreseeable future and continue to release updates every 2 to 3 months.
