Cool summer shades

One of the neat things about Firefox and Safari is their support for PNG. If you don’t know what PNG is , it’s short for Portable network graphics and it’s a format which is designed for use on the web – it’s too bad Internet Explorer (up to and including version 6.0) doesn’t support it. PNG allows for varying degrees of transparency which is useful when superimposing clipart. I’ve just added two new clipart items to pixenate – a cool and a not-so-cool pair of shades. Each demonstrates PNG’s support of varying degrees of Transparency.
You can see some of the results of my clipart experimentation in my flickr stream.
